  • I can't make it to my appointment, what do I do?
    If you can't make it to your appointment, you can either cancel or reschedule your appointment via the link in your confirmation email. You can do this up to 24 hours before your booked appointment. If this is not the case and you cancel or would like to reschedule within 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the cost of your booked treatment. If you do not cancel and do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged the full cost of your booked treatment. In case you do not pay the cancellation fee we will be forced to collect the money through external services, and the costs that we have to make for it will be charged on top of the cancellation fee (see our algemene voorwaarden).
  • What if I'm late?
    We highly recommend being in time or 5 minutes early to every appointment. We work with tight schedules and this way we can make sure we can actually deliver the service we'd like to offer. With more than 10 minutes of running late, we cannot guarantee your appointment and we'd still have to charge the full cost of the booked treatment.
  • Do you do walk-ins?
    We rarely are able to help walk-ins, as we are most of the time fully booked by online reservations. Therefore, we always recommend to book beforehand through our website.
  • Do you accept cash payments in the salon?
    Nope, we are a pin-only salon! You can pay with every type of debit or credit card.
  • What is the warranty on nail treatments?
    We give a warranty on nail treatments of 7 days. This means, if a nail chips we will fix it for you without charge. If the nail completely broke by own self-damage, we will fix it with a price of €8 per nail.
  • Where can I park my car?
    We do not provide a parking service. You can park your car in the area on the streets or in the "Parking De Hoofdstad" on Prinsengracht.
  • My nail broke between appointments, what do I do?
    If your nail broke between appointments, you can get in touch with your nail artist for a reparation. The cost to repair a nail is €8. Of course, you can also wait until your next appointment, and in the meantime wear a plaster if your nail is still "fixable"!
  • How do I make the results lasts as long as possible?
    We always recommend to be careful with your set of nails. Wear gloves when getting in touch with aggressive cleaning products, don't use your nails as tools, to open boxes, etc... But on top of that, a good care is important! A good cuticle oil to use every morning and evening (or throughout the day, never enough!) is crucial to maintain well manicures nails. In the salon we use and sell 100% pure argan oil by Boufarrah. It nourishes deeply and protects from health problems of the nails and skin.
