Cancellation policy

If you can't make it to your appointment, you can either cancel or reschedule your appointment via the link in your confirmation email. You can do this up to 24 hours before your booked appointment.

If this is not the case and you cancel or would like to reschedule within 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the cost of your booked treatment. If you do not cancel and do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged the full cost of your booked treatment.

 

In case you do not pay the cancellation fee we will be forced to collect the money through external services, and the costs that we have to make for it will be charged on top of the cancellation fee (see our algemene voorwaarden).
